I don't know what links and pages of the assorted guides you have read, but there are two i would urge you to take a look at very soon, before progressing further. The first is [[WP:LLM]], an essay about AI/large language models and using them for generating either text or references; there are a lot of links in that essay which will take you to more detailed and in depth information, but it's a great place to start. The second is [[WP:AUTO]], a guideline (more imperative than an essay) about writing your own autobiography/article; it is difficult to overstress how much of a bad idea this is, so please read the page and the links it offers very carefully and understand why writing about yourself is such a bad idea. (If you are [[WP:N|notable]] someone else will write about you, in time, and you can, with care, offer insight or information there ~ on the talk page.)
